Developer subscription is 500 bucks. But you get a final copy of Tiger, so it's really only 370 bucks. I'm still trying to rationalize the 370.

How big is the discount - larger than $500? If so - the discount with Tigger would be well worth the price...

I got the $2499 dual 2.0 G5 for ~$2000 total including a printer, and my $99 student ADC membership expires in the middle of June 2005.

Just what are the requirements for getting a student ADC membership, aside from being a student? Does one actually have to be majoring in a computer-related field, or can students in any field get it?

I don't think you have to be majoring in a computer-related field. You just enroll and then fax them a schedule and a student ID card with a photo.

I had enrollment approved and made my purchase within 48 hours of purchasing the membership online. The computer and printer showed up a few days later.
